What is the cost of delivery?
• If the value of the purchase is less than 40 euros, delivery costs 7.20 euros
• If the value of the purchase is greater than 100 euros, delivery is free of charge
How long will my order take to arrive?
From the time our system validates your order, the delivery period is between 48 and 72 hours for Spain, and between 3 and 5 days for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. For the rest of Europe, the delivery period is between 4 and 6 working days.
How can I track the delivery?
Our messaging service will advise you by e-mail that your order has left the warehouse, and of every change in your order’s status.
When you long on to the web site, you can also track your delivery in the “My Orders” section.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 14 days from the receipt of the order to return an item. To do so, you must contact our customer-service department at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we shall tell you how to proceed.
Once the product is received at our warehouse, you will receive a refund (no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product) in your bank account or your PayPal account, depending on your chosen method of payment.
The user shall be liable for the cost of returning the item.
Are the products sold new, and do they have the same guarantee?
All the products we sell are stocks from other seasons, samples, and ends of lines. Under no circumstances do products offered on the web site suffer from defects or wear and tear. All products sold by Grupo Jané Outlet are new, and carry a 2-year guarantee.
